Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
        •       Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hactulsafoundation@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping label.
        •       Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
        •       Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as returns. Indicate the desired item in your return request.

        •       Wash inside out with cold water.
        •       Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
        •       Tumble dry on low or hang dry.
        •       Do not iron directly on the design.
        •       Avoid dry cleaning.
